To help us answer faster, please include:

• The email address or username on your KarmaWhale account.
• Your device model and the KarmaWhale app version.
• For a missing reward: the offer name and screenshots of the offer and your progress.

You can also report a missing reward in the app: find the offer and choose Missing Rewards? to upload your screenshots.

Delete your account

In the app, open your Profile, tap Settings, then tap Delete Account and follow the steps. Account deletion is permanent.

You can also email support@mail.karmaburst.com and ask us to delete your account. Include your username or the email address on your account so we can find it.
